Order questions
Include your order number — it's at the top of your confirmation email — and we'll be able to help you faster. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–14 business days after dispatch, via Royal Mail tracked.
Returns and exchanges
Unworn items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us before sending anything back and we'll pass on the instructions.
Faulty or incorrect items
Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right at no cost to you.
